Your role
You will be expected to study and pass the Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship.
To help oversee and develop incoming and outgoing transports within the markets that CLdN Cargo operate ensuring that our service meets or exceeds our customer’s expectations.
To assist in creating orders from bookings, ensuring data accuracy and adding further manual data entry as required.
To help monitor portal production promptly; accepting updates to ensure that new data is processed and transmitted to ferry booking systems.
Balancing the needs of both the customer and CLdN Cargo to ensure high levels of service to the client within both operational and financial constraints.
To assist in handling customer’s queries or operational problems, seeking guidance or instruction to achieve resolution.
To liaise with customers, suppliers and colleagues internally and across our European network.
Promoting the professional image of CLdN Cargo at all times.
Your profile
You will hold GCSE level 4 or functional skills Level 2 in Maths and English (or equivalent).
It is important that you have good work ethic and good organisational skills.
Good Customer Service skills.
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
To have good IT skills, including a good working knowledge of MS Office.
Be able to work to a high level of accuracy with an attention to detail.
Be able to work independently, but also as part of a team.
