Your role
A duty of this role will be to ensure that the organisation is efficient and productive, by maintaining a dynamic knowledge base of solutions, as well as proactively investigating and addressing various ad-hoc administrative and operational priorities, within a busy and changing environment. You will also be required to produce and maintain advanced statistical, planning, efficiency and KPI models and matrices. The Business Analyst will also need to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of legislative requirements and ensure that these obligations are complied with.
Your profile
- Degree education / equivalent by experience
- A meticulous approach to data analysis
- Proven ability of developing an ethos of continuous improvement
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate confidence in working under pressure and using initiative
- Skills in report writing and presenting findings to management.
