Due to expansion, CLdN RoRo SA is looking to strengthen its commercial team and is looking for a
Sales & Account Manager (m/f) at their headquarters in Luxembourg (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).
Proactively managing and expanding new and existing customers, by conducting (market) research, visiting trade fairs, events and conferences and also periodically visiting customers and prospects. In order to keep customer satisfaction at the right level, to maintain a permanent bond and to increase margin and turnover, in order to guarantee the continuity of the company.
- Drawing up an account, marketing and sales plan to reach the company’s objective;
- Be kept up to date of the market developments and translate customer’s needs into interval organization;
- Dealing with tenders and quotation requests;
- Preparing and conducting contract negotiation;
- Maintaining contact with all stakeholders and manage customer satisfaction;
- Keep Sales data base up to date.
- You hold minimum a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience and proven track record;
- You have an affinity with the shipping industry;
- You are customer oriented;
- You are a Team player, who is also able to work and produce individually.
- You have good communication skills, taking into account the level of the counter parties;
- You have a good sense of persuasion;
- You have an excellent level in English – French or Dutch is an asset;
- You hold a driving license.
