Over the past 15 years at CLdN Cargo, I've had the privilege of growing in a dynamic and evolving company. I began my journey in administration. After transitioning into customer service, I spent more than 13 years developing close relationships with clients and deepening my understanding of their needs. This experience naturally led to my role as a Team Coordinator where I was able to take on more strategic responsibilities and drive customer satisfaction at a higher level. Today, as a Team Lead for the Customer Service, I'm proud to support and guide a talented group of colleagues, helping to shape our team's success and foster a collaborative work environment. Each step of my career has been a learning experience, and I'm grateful for the opportunities CLdN Cargo has provided to grow, lead and contribute.
