BI Data Analyst

 As a BI & Data Analyst, you turn data into clear insights and reporting that drive better decisions across the business. Your mission is to analyse operational and strategic data needs and deliver reliable dashboards, datasets and analytics that improve shipping efficiency, cargo optimisation, supply chain performance and sustainable operations.

Your role

Dashboard & report development

·         You build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports in line with corporate standards and UX best practices.

·         You translate business requirements into clear reporting solutions, working closely with data engineers and analysts.

·         You validate dashboards through quality checks and testing, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

·         You troubleshoot issues, optimise performance and keep documentation up to date.

Data analysis

·         You analyze internal and external data to deliver actionable insights for operational and strategic decisions.

·         You identify trends, anomalies and data quality issues, and you perform root-cause analysis where needed.

·         You prepare structured, validated datasets for dashboards and analysis, collaborating with data engineers for DWH availability and automation.

·         You communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and share knowledge within the team.

Additional responsibilities (medior)

·         You own mid-complexity reporting products from requirements to deployment.

·         You proactively propose improvements and support junior analysts.

·         You contribute to improving BI standards, processes and documentation.

Your profile                                                                         

·         You have 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst or Power BI Developer and you are comfortable owning reporting deliverables end-to-end.

·         You are highly proficient in Power BI and you have strong hands-on experience with DAX, data modelling and visualisation best practices.

·         You have solid knowledge of SQL and you understand DWH concepts and structured data modelling approaches.

·         You have a strong analytical mindset and you can translate raw data into meaningful insights that support decision-making.

·         You are comfortable interacting with stakeholders at different levels and you translate requirements into clear, actionable data solutions.

·         You work independently and take ownership, while actively contributing to a collaborative team environment.

·         You have strong attention to detail and you take data quality seriously, ensuring consistency, correctness and traceability.

·         You are eager to learn and you enjoy sharing knowledge, while staying up to date with BI and analytics trends..

Working Hours & Additional Leave

·         Full-time contract of 38 hours per week
