C#/.Net Full Stack Developer

>

CLdN is a leading provider of integrated quay-to-quay and door-to-door logistics solutions. Founded in 1929, CLdN ensures reliable, cost-effective transport linking Europe’s major economic areas. With more than 30 vessels and over 200 sailings per week, CLdN offers shortsea roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) connections between the European continent, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Iberia and Scandinavia. CLdN also offers the lowest CO₂ footprint of all Western European RoRo operators. Through an extensive network of ships, terminals and infrastructure, CLdN’s cargo and multimodal services have a strong Europe-wide reach. Our 3,000 employees help deliver our mission: to excel as an integrated provider of maritime links.

As a C#/.Net Full Stack Developer, you collaborate closely with developers and leverage your .NET expertise to support the Lead Solutions Architect in shaping and delivering robust solutions.

Your role

  • Act as a key link between functional analysts and delivery teams, ensuring shared understanding of needs, constraints and priorities.

  • Contribute to solution design: challenge assumptions, propose alternatives, and help shape a robust implementation approach.

  • Design, build and maintain mission-critical systems in C#/.NET, with a strong focus on reliability, performance and long-term maintainability.

  • Translate functional needs into clear technical solutions (components, services, interfaces, data flows), and support developers with practical guidance.

  • Ensure high engineering quality: code reviews, clean architecture, testing strategy (unit/integration), and structured validation before releases.

  • Collaborate in an Agile/DevOps way of working: contribute to refinement, estimates, delivery planning, and continuous improvement.

  • Troubleshoot complex issues across application, database and integration layers, and help prevent recurring incidents through improvements.

  • Share knowledge and raise the bar: mentor colleagues, document key decisions, and promote best practices across the team.

Your profile

  • Medior-level experience (at least 3 years) as a C#/.NET developer in an environment where quality, stability and delivery matter.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills: you can align people, explain trade-offs, and keep discussions constructive.

  • You can work comfortably in Dutch and English.

  • You’re pragmatic and hands-on: you enjoy solving problems but also care about sustainable solutions.
