· Willingness to travel regularly and spend substantial time onboard our vessels
What Do We Offer?
· A unique opportunity to help build a new training organization within an international shipping company
· A key role with a direct impact on safety, quality, and professionalism across our fleet
· Significant scope for initiative, ownership, and professional growth
· A dynamic international working environment
