Within this challenging and unique two-year programme, you will be prepared to connect, develop and explore with the skills and practical experience.
Your role
In the Management Trainee position, you will follow a path of up to two years within the various operational departments of the organization. Your responsibility may involve multiple CLdN locations (e.g. Luxembourg, Zeebrugge, Purfleet, Killingholme, Vlissingen, Rotterdam). Projects will be undertaken in each placement, with safety, quality and cost effectiveness as high priority where tasks could include:
· taking a critical look at the processes and optimize them where necessary;
· participating in strategic projects and can help implement business plans;
· Resolving problems with guidance and support from management;
· Preparing KPI and management reports;
· Building and maintaining relationships with our shareholders;
· Systems improvement and project work;
· Involvement in workforce recruitment, training and people management processes;
Your profile
· You have recently graduated or are about to graduate with a master's degree;
· You have a thorough knowledge of the English and Dutch language;
· You work fluently with the MS Office package: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams. Power BI is a plus;
· You are a leader and people manager by nature and take responsibility;
· You have a solution-oriented and proactive approach and strive for excellence;
· You have an analytical and forward-thinking approach.
· You are a communicative person who takes initiative;
· You are confident and self-aware with a high degree of reflection;
· Finally, you are willing to work at different locations.
