Marketing & Communications Coordinator

 We are looking to strengthen our Communication & Marketing team and offer an exciting opportunity to join the team in our Zeebrugge office. The role offers scope for growth and gradual increase in responsibilities for the right candidate. Our team is responsible for the full range of corporate communications services including internal communications, marketing communications, media relations, corporate brand identity and corporate reputation.

 Your role

·         Support: Provide administrative support for the team, including budget monitoring, invoice processing, and organizing team events. Assist the team in reaching their objectives by providing daily support in executing key tasks and projects.Content

·         Content creation: Develop and publish content for a variety of platforms that reflect CLdN’s values and culture.

·         Event Coordination: Help organise key company events, including trade fairs, vessel christenings, leadership events, and employer branding activities.

·         Story Development: Research, develop, and pitch engaging internal and external stories that highlight the unique aspects of CLdN, furthering our brand and positioning in the industry.

·         Video Production: Assist in creating in-house video content to showcase company events, stories, and brand initiatives.

·         Liaison with External Partners: Work with external service providers such as design agencies, printing companies, and suppliers of corporate branded merchandise to ensure high-quality of output.

·         Content Calendar & Brand Management: Help maintain and oversee the Communication & Marketing content calendar, as well as manage the inventory of corporate brand items, ensuring everything is up-to-date and aligned with our branding strategy.

·         Travel Requirements: To support company events or projects, you might be required to travel to other locations.

·         Intranet & Internal Communications: You help manage and update the intranet (e.g. Sharepoint) and contribute to clear, accessible internal communication. You are familiar with using intranet platforms and understand how to structure and tailor contact for internal audiences.

 Your profile                                                                         

·         A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

·         Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) to manage day-to-day tasks and projects.

·         Solid experience with graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud to create visually engaging content.

·         Proficient in using social media platforms for corporate communication

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

·         A sense of initiative and ownership, eager to take on new challenges and contribute to the team’s success.

·         A high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all communications are of the highest standard.

·         Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain confidentiality where required.
