In order to strengthen our organisation, we are looking to expand our sales team. After an intensive training program, you will support the Sales & Account Manager and support the sales activities across our different markets and lines.

Your role

  • To support the Sales & Account Manager in being responsible for the structured mapping of the approach to customers. 
  • To assist in formulating objectives on existing and new business and to ensure that knowledge of market developments is kept up-to-date by generating leads and tender requests.

  • To focus on and translate customer wishes and needs into internal organisation.

  • To assist in recognising opportunities and threats in the market and generating leads.

  • To help prepare and conduct contract negotiations.

  • To assist in maintaining contacts with all stakeholders i.e., customers, suppliers, industry organisations and internal organisation etc.

  • To help manage customer satisfaction, by ensuring agreements are fulfilled, problems are solved and the delivered product correspondence with agreements.

  • Ad hoc projects.


Your profile

  • Educated to degree level, with a minimum of 2:2 (or equivalent qualifications)

  • Keen interest in commencing a career in a high performing sales culture.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal.

  • Sense of commercial awareness and business acumen.

  • Ability to understand client’s requirements and to be able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions
