Within this challenging role, you will…
…play a key part in maintaining and optimising our Center fleet management application to ensure smooth, efficient and reliable operations across our organisation.
Your role
Provide daily support to users of the Center application, solving technical and functional issues to ensure seamless operations
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Deliver training sessions for new and existing users
Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and standard procedures
Analyse workflows and identify opportunities to optimise processes and improve user experience
Assist in testing, debugging and deploying new features and updates
Act as the primary liaison between end-users and the IT department, providing clear communication on changes, issues and updates
Coordinate with vendors and support partners for the escalation of complex issues
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience in application support or a similar role is a strong advantage
Understanding of fleet management software
Knowledge of database concepts and basic scripting is beneficial
Strong skills in Windows environments and Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills, able to translate technical information into clear user-friendly language
Able to work independently as well as within a team
Proactive, structured, accurate and committed to continuous learning
Calm, polite and efficient during busy or stressful moments
Eligible to obtain the legally required positive safety advice for critical port functions

Full-time contract of 38 hours per week
