Within this challenging role, you will…

…play a key part in maintaining and optimising our Center fleet management application to ensure smooth, efficient and reliable operations across our organisation.

 

 

Your role

  • Provide daily support to users of the Center application, solving technical and functional issues to ensure seamless operations

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners

  • Deliver training sessions for new and existing users

  • Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and standard procedures

  • Analyse workflows and identify opportunities to optimise processes and improve user experience

  • Assist in testing, debugging and deploying new features and updates

  • Act as the primary liaison between end-users and the IT department, providing clear communication on changes, issues and updates

  • Coordinate with vendors and support partners for the escalation of complex issues

 

 

Your profile                                                                          

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience

  • Experience in application support or a similar role is a strong advantage

  • Understanding of fleet management software

  •  Knowledge of database concepts and basic scripting is beneficial

  • Strong skills in Windows environments and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong communication skills, able to translate technical information into clear user-friendly language

  • Able to work independently as well as within a team

  • Proactive, structured, accurate and committed to continuous learning

  • Calm, polite and efficient during busy or stressful moments

  • Eligible to obtain the legally required positive safety advice for critical port functions

Working Hours & Additional Leave

  • Full-time contract of 38 hours per week

  • 5 extra days off in addition to statutory vacation days

  • Hybrid working: max. 3 days per week after 6 months of service

  • Work hours with flexible start (7:30–9:30 AM) and finish (4:00–6:00 PM)
