Within this challenging role, you will
ensure that applications run smoothly, users feel guided and supported, and new releases are introduced in a structured and user-friendly way. You help translate technical issues into clear actions, and you contribute to improving the overall quality and stability of our internal systems.
Your role
Test and support new or updated IT applications and systems used across the CLdN Group.
Create clear and user-friendly end-user documentation.
Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
Log and document incidents, escalate when necessary, and follow up with the right internal teams.
Monitor daily functional control parameters and ensure application stability.
Follow up on changes introduced in new software releases.
Your profile
Strong interest and affinity with automation from an end-user point of view.
Solid knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office tools.
Very good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Curious mindset: eager to learn new systems, understand how they work and suggest improvements.
Strong communication skills, able to support end users and collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams.
Flexible, calm under pressure and a true team player.
Comfortable performing recurring administrative tasks (e.g., configuring security settings, onboarding users/companies).
Accurate, structured and reliable in your work.
Eligible for the legally required positive safety clearance for critical port functions.
