Due to our ongoing growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to strengthen our IT Applications team based in Wilrijk (Antwerp). 

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing one or more IT projects within the IT Applications department. You will play a key role in coordinating software development and change initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. You will work closely with both IT and business stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of our project delivery processes. 

Your role

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery of software and IT projects.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
  • Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Act as the main point of contact between IT, business teams, and external partners.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Guarantee project quality, including validation, testing, and documentation.
  • Support business teams with change management and user adoption.
  • Contribute to the evolution of project management standards and practices within the department. 

 

Your Profile 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in IT or software development.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
