lead and coordinate the delivery of IT projects within the IT Applications department, ensuring smooth collaboration between business and technical stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in project delivery.
Your role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing one or more IT projects within the IT Applications department. You will play a key role in coordinating software development and change initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. You will work closely with both IT and business stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of our project delivery processes.
Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery of software and IT projects.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
Monitor progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Act as a central point of contact for IT, business teams, and external partners.
Ensure clear and consistent communication across stakeholders.
Safeguard project quality, including validation, testing, and documentation.
Support business teams in change management and user adoption.
Contribute to the evolution of project management standards and practices.
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in software development.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Eligible for a legally mandatory positive security clearance for critical port functions
