MyCargo customer portal

You can easily create and manage your transport orders by using the MyCargo customer portal, which allows you to track status updates during the execution.

How to get access

The MyCargo portal is only available for CLdN customers.

In case you would like to use the portal please contact your account manager or your customer service representative.

Advise if you want to use the Order Upload function, so we can map your structured order upfront.

Electronic Interface

As an alternative for the customer portal, an electronic interface can be set-up.

Please contact your account manager or customer service representative if you would like to receive our onboarding package.

Order Entry Portal

If you are a customer still using the Order Entry portal, you should continue to upload your orders through the portal as before.

This portal is in a phase-out period.
