CLDN's operations in the UK are proud to announce they have been awarded ‘𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱’ membership and enhanced accreditation as part of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟱% 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯, an award that recognizes CLDN's commitment to providing ‘earn and learn’ opportunities, such as apprenticeships and graduate traineeships. CLdN decided to join ‘The 5% Club’ at the beginning of 2023. The club recognizes employers who are committed to building and developing the workforce and address skills shortages in a proactive and positive way. It’s about developing people with the right skills, creating lasting and meaningful careers. Members of The 5% Club represent the gold standard of training and skills development. By joining, members aspire to achieve 5% of their workforce in earn and learn positions within 5 years of joining. We are very proud to have achieved this status within our first year.
